THE BASKETBALL BELIEVERS TEAM

By Ayanna Miranda

At the heart of the team, is that individual’s strengths shine while their weakness are overcome.

To get there, a coach encourages the skilled to teach and not just be enthralled by the buzz and hum.

Share your knowledge, share your skill, share your love of the game.

Share your enthusiasm, cheer for progress, show your mercy as one stumbles in their efforts to train.

Do not discredit, do not shun, do not crush the spirit of one, on their own path to success.

The harm is that obstacles will manifest on the path of mental and physical progress.

Give life to the team, show compassion as you train. Share the experience of how to achieve.  Give good so that good is returned.

Emerge in the light of champions with “I believed and together this is what we have earned”.
